Awesome burger.. great service...

Was pleasantly surprised by what I found here. A family business that is your standard American grill with the menu staples of burgers, hotdogs, fries and the like, with the unique flair of Asian decorations represntitive of what I can only assume is the family's heritage. Stopping here provides the chance for what I can only say are some of the best burgers I've ever had. There are two options, the "small" (8 oz) and the large (14 oz) which is an absolute must try. I got mine "all the way" with mustard, chilli, and slaw and could hardly keep it all in my hands with its size. Loved it here and it certainly stands out from the other mom and pop grill options on the island.

Incredible burger! The small is 8 oz glad I didn’t order the large. Friendly and fast, don’t come to the island without visiting. In a place where everyone seems to be charging a premium, I thought this place was a great deal.

Best and biggest cheeseburger I have eaten in years. Perfectly cooked and prepared the way you want. Highly recommend eating here!

I really liked the commercial.

Tried calling in our order since it was for a group of us. They never answered the phone, it kept going to voicemail. We ended up ordering there and having to wait. Burgers were very big and tasted great! Sides were definitely from frozen though.

Great - LITTLE - place. Can't really sit down if you have a group of any size, and burgers are huge! The small is big, the large is gigantic.

We went here based on a recommendation and our greeting for our first time as a local wasSHUT THE DOOR!!!! Elderly group had came in and were lost because not one employee could assist them in where to wait to be seated.So we gladly SHUT THE DOOR as we walked out and will NEVER RETURN! We intended to eat and then place 25 to go orders for a meeting! We indeed up at Oak Island Sub Shop and received excellent service and placed all of our orders there!Amazing how 3 words can cost you so many orders and future business because we will tell everyone we know about this terrible experience!A tip: maybe employees should take 2 minutes to direct groups waiting where to wait so you don’t lose more customers!

Amazing little joint with a big taste. The burgers are so huge that there small is probably one of the biggest I've seen. I, of course, dove right into the large hamburger. Definitely a place I will be coming back to!

Special requests to much for this place. Their food might be good but I will never care to know. If you want a to go order then you better want it how they want to make it. I recommend going to Fat Andy's where the owner meets you with a smile and a positive attitude.

Was really disappointed in customer service and accommodation to allergies. Was informed that instead of being “unable” to accommodate they “won’t” for something as simple as an exclusion of an item. Hopefully they don’t continue to do this so people can enjoy there food.

Good food, huge portions but servers not always polite

Quaint, nostalgic eatery, rememberance to times gone by. On day outing with grandson, simple good. I had sausage dog for $2.65, very good and enough to eat with help of a few fries and onion rings from wife and grandson. Thanks

Best Burger I have ever eaten!Dining room and Grill is IMPECCABLY CLEAN. Staff is over and beyond AWESOME. Love to sit at the counter and watch lil'bit herself make the magic happen.

This used to be a good place to eat but the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. However, that is not why we don't eat there. The staff (except for one waitress) is rude and hateful. I honestly can't believe the stories I've heard and the experiences I've had myself. The final straw was when they were super ugly to two elderly ladies that were in there for the first time and couldn't decide quickly enough what they wanted. I refuse to let someone who treats people like they do make any more money off of my family.
